For Hotel Guests
  1. Check-in time: 2:00PM. Check-out time: 11:00AM
  2. Early check-in and check-out is subject to room availability.
  3. Extra person beyond minimum capacity of 2 persons shall be charged Php 1,000/head. 0-11 yrs old free of charge for hotel
  4. For room only bookings; breakfast is excluded.
  5. All rooms are non-smoking.
  6. All incidental charges will be on the personal account of the guest.
  7. Outside FOOD and DRINKS are not allowed inside the resort.
For Day Tour via Ferry Guests
  1. All guests must be pre-booked. Same day booking and on the day request for additional guests are not allowed.
  2. Guest or passenger must arrive at the Ferry Terminal 1 hour and 30 minutes and may check in before the departure time of the ferry.
  3. Ferry Terminal Address: Esplanade Seaside Terminal, Seaside Blvd., MOA Complex, Pasay City
  4. Parking fees are available at the terminal which cost P50 – Day Tour and P 300 – Overnight. Ticket can be validated at the terminal counter.
  5. Requirements for check-in and boarding: Ferry QR Code Pass, Valid IDs of passengers.
  6. Check-in cut-off time is 30 minutes before the departure time of the ferry.
  7. Boarding gate closes 15 minutes before the departure time of the ferry.
  8. Pregnant women are not allowed to ride the ferry.
  9. The ferry booking of the guest or passenger arriving beyond the cut-off time mentioned above will be forfeited automatically.
  10. NO FOOD allowed inside the ferry.
  11. Changing of seats is STRICLY PROHIBITED.
  12. Tables & chairs are provided for free at Garden Area and on a first come, first served basis
Day Tour via Own Vehicle
  1. The resort is open from 7:00AM onwards.
  2. Tables & chairs are provided for free at Garden Area and on a first come, first served basis
  3. Outside FOOD and DRINKS are not allowed. We have food outlets inside the resort that can cater your needs.

  1. All bookings must be paid in full upon reservation.
  2. Rebooking is only applicable to hotel bookings and must be at least 5 days prior trip date. Charges may apply.
  3. In case there is a rate difference between the original and rebooked dates, the higher rate shall be applied.
  4. No Show is not subject to rebooking.
  5. Vouchers or Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
  6. PWD / Senior Discounts not applicable in conjunction with existing promo offers.
  7. Pets/Service Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises.
  8. Change name revision allowed for spelling correction only.
  9. Day Tour Promo bookings are non-rebookable and transferable.
